1.真空脫蠟(膠)燒結(jié)一體爐總體設(shè)計(jì)要求脫蠟(膠)、預(yù)燒、多氣氛燒結(jié)、分壓燒結(jié)及快速冷卻在一個(gè)周期中完成。該設(shè)備主要由爐體（爐殼、保溫層、發(fā)熱體等）,電控系統(tǒng)（控制柜、變壓器等）,真空系統(tǒng)（真空泵、閥、管道等）,水路系統(tǒng),脫蠟系統(tǒng)組成。

2.由于該設(shè)備帶石墨內(nèi)膽結(jié)構(gòu)，成形劑在爐內(nèi)不會(huì)接觸冷的表面，不會(huì)在爐內(nèi)存積，也不會(huì)污染保溫層和發(fā)熱體；另增加了低壓載氣脫蠟和正壓脫蠟功能，使脫蠟率顯著提高；
